REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please note:

In case of cancellation up to 1-month advance notice before the check-in date, 100% refund will be provided.

​

In case of cancellation up to 14 days advance notice before the check-in date, 50% refund will be provided.

​

If the booking is canceled within the 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued.

General

 

All notices of cancellations and requests for changes to accommodations should be submitted in writing in advance. All refunds and charges are calculated from the date that notification was received.
