Terms and Conditions

> Check-in: 2pm onwards (up till 8pm)
> Check-out: 11 am (Post 12pm, you will be charged additionally for another day)
> Photo and address identification to be given at the time of booking and at arrival.
> Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card for your reservation before your arrival.
> Number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
 

The jacuzzi will not be operational in order to comply with safety guidelines.

Food/Snack Service Timings:

• Breakfast will be served between 9-11 am
• Lunch will be served between 1-3 pm
• Dinner will be served between 8-10 pm

> The home staff needs to be released at a reasonable time in the night (10:30 pm) to cater to your needs the next day.
> Food is prepared fresh and the order must be placed well in advance.
> Tea/snacks can be served at upper deck lawns, however,
Main meals i.e. breakfast/ lunch/ dinner will be served only at Jasmine’s cottage. (No request to serve meals elsewhere will be entertained due to logistic problems.)

> If the guests have any allergies, please let our staff know ahead of time. 

> Parties, loud noises, and music that disturbs neighbors are not permitted. (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings)
> Any breakage/damage of any items will be charged at 'actuals'.
> Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is not permitted.
> All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the open green deck.
> Must climb stairs to access different rooms and the green deck area.

> Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of items. There is a safe available in every room to keep your valuables.
