House Rules:
> Check-in: 2 pm onwards (up till 8 pm)
> Check-out: 11 am (Post 12 pm, you will be charged additionally for another day)
> Photo and address identification to be given at the time of booking and arrival.
> The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
> We are not a pet-friendly property. NO PETS ALLOWED STRICTLY.
> Parties, loud noises, and music that disturbs neighbors is not permitted beyond 9 pm (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings)
> Any breakage/damage of any items will be charged at 'actuals'.
> Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, or commercial activity, is not permitted.
> All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the open green deck.
> Must climb stairs to access different rooms and the green deck area.
> No refund will be provided for in case of power cuts by the government and/or the power supply company, However, the property is backed by an inverter for basic electric supplies.
> Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of items. In case of valuables, please keep the room locked.

Food/Snack Services:
• Breakfast will be served between 9-11 am
• Lunch will be served between 1-3 pm
• Dinner will be served between 8-10 pm
• Special BBQ can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 2000.
> There is a dedicated cook and a caretaker at the property.
> Meals are priced nominally at Rs.500/meal/person (includes veg/non-veg items).
> Snacks/additional items ordered as per menu charges.
> Food is prepared fresh and the order must be placed well in advance.
> Tea/snacks can be served at upper deck lawns, however,
Main meals i.e. breakfast/ lunch/ dinner will be served only at Jasmine’s cottage. (No request to serve meals elsewhere will be entertained due to logistic problems.)
> If the guests have any allergies, please let our staff know ahead of time.
> The home staff needs to be released at a reasonable time in the night (10:30 pm) to cater to your needs the next day.
Tariff and add-ons:

- Cottage rooms are priced starting from Rs. 9,000/night plus applicable taxes and Villa rooms from Rs. 12,000/night plus applicable taxes, preferably rented as two different units.
- Bonfire available on request at Rs 2,000 per setup for 2 hours.
- Extra beds are available at Rs. 2,000 per night.
- Maids accompanying can be accommodated in the living room with an extra bed, priced at Rs. 3,000 per night (incl. food)
- Driver's accommodation/food will not be provided on the property, however the same can be arranged at a nearby place at nominal rates on prior notice.
- Note: No arrangements can be made at the property even on payments.
- Jacuzzi is charged extra at Rs. 2000/session max 2 hours (not operational after sunset/ max temperature set to 30-32°c)
