Food & Snack Services
• Breakfast will be served between 9-11 am
• Lunch will be served between 1-3 pm
• Dinner will be served between 8-10 pm
• Meals are priced nominally at Rs. 750/meal/person (includes veg/ non-veg items)
• Special BBQ can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 2000
• Snacks/additional items ordered as per menu charges.
There is a dedicated cook and a caretaker at the property.
Food is prepared fresh and the order must be placed well in advance.
Tea/snacks can be served at upper deck lawns, however,
Main meals i.e. breakfast/ lunch/ dinner will be served only at Jasmine’s cottage. (No request to serve meals elsewhere will be entertained due to logistic problems.)
If the guests have any allergies, please inform our staff beforehand.
The home staff needs to be released at a reasonable time in the night (10:30 pm) to cater to your needs the next day.
House rules
Check-in: 2 pm onwards (up to 8 pm)
Check-out: 11 am (Post 12 pm, you will be charged additionally for another day)
Photo and address identification to be given during booking and arrival.
The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

We are not a pet-friendly property. NO PETS ALLOWED STRICTLY.
Parties, loud noises, and music that disturbs neighbors is not permitted beyond 9 pm (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings)
Any breakage/damage of any items will be charged at 'actuals'.
Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, or commercial activity, is not permitted.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the open green deck.
Must climb stairs to access different rooms and the green deck area.
No refund will be provided in case of power cuts by the government and/or the power supply company, However, the property is backed by an inverter for basic electric supplies.
Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of items. In case of valuables, please keep the room locked.
