Check-in: 2 pm onwards (up to 8 pm)
Check-out: 11 am (Post 12 pm, you will be charged additionally for another day)
Photo and address identification to be given during booking and arrival.
The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

We are not a pet-friendly property. NO PETS ALLOWED STRICTLY.
Parties, loud noises, and music that disturbs neighbors is not permitted beyond 9 pm (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings)
Any breakage/damage of any items will be charged at 'actuals'.
Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, or commercial activity, is not permitted.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the open green deck.
Must climb stairs to access different rooms and the green deck area.

No refund will be provided in case of power cuts by the government and/or the power supply company, However, the property is backed by an inverter for basic electric supplies.

Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of items. In case of valuables, please keep the room locked.
